What is included in the price of the makeovers?

Each girl will receive one diva makeover of her choice with the matching accessory.  We will style their hair into an updo, put glitter in their hair, and crystal rhinestones on one cheek.  We will also apply very light eyeshadow, lipgloss, and nail polish.  They will get to keep the makeup kit and bottle of nail polish.  The girls will also receive a glamour purse and five glamour accessories to put in their purse to take home.  We will have karaoke set up inside the trailer so the girls can sing and have fun while they wait.  When all the girls are done, they will promenade down our red carpet as they exit the trailer to conclude the party.


What is required to book a party?

We require a $75.00 deposit and a travel fee.  Travel fees range from $25 - $125.  Both are non-refundable.  The $75.00 deposit will be deducted from the balance of the party the day of the party.


Why are the deposit and travel fees non-refundable?

When you book your party, that date and time are reserved exclusively for you.  We do not reserve back-up parties in case of cancellations.


What if I need to reschedule my party?

Rescheduling a party with 3 weeks or less notice automatically forfeits the initial deposit and travel fees.  Another deposit and travel fee are required to reserve the new date and time.  Only the second deposit will be deducted from the party's total.


Are there any circumstances in which we can cancel or reschedule a party?

There are no refunds due to cancellations.  If you need to reschedule, we will gladly apply your initial deposit and travel fee to a new date and time if you give us more than 3 weeks notice prior to the original scheduled party.


What is the average age group for parties?

Our average party ages range from 4 - 12 years old.  We have done parties for girls as young as 1 and as old as 15.  It all depends on the child.  We have also done parties that include moms, moms friends, and for girls night out.  We carry a variety of accessories for every age group.


Do you use brushes?

We want to maintain a clean, hygienic atmosphere, so we do not use brushes.  We do need the girls hair to be manageable.  Having them brush their hair at home before we arrive is ideal.


How do you maintain hygiene with the makeup?

Every girl receives her very own makeup kit and bottle of nail polish.  They are opened new in front of each girl and will be put in her glamour purse for her to take home.


How far in advance do we have to book our party?

We do have some last minute availability, but to have a better chance at receiving your ideal date and time, it's best to book about 4 weeks in advance.


How long do the parties last?

We will stay at the party long enough to complete the makeovers that were scheduled and the red carpet walk at the end.

Here are approximate time frames:
                                8 - 10 girls ........... 1 1/2 hours
                                 10 - 12 girls .......... 1 1/2 - 2 hours
                Add an extra 30 min. for every additional 3 - 4 girls.


Will you give last minute guests and late arrivals makeovers?

We do book multiple parties per day, so we will accommodate last minute guests and late arrivals only if time permits.  If there is no time left, you may still purchase a glamour purse and five accessories for those guests.


Do you offer anything else besides makeovers?

Our hot pink trailer is an entire store that we bring to you.  We offer other items for sale in our "Diva Boutique", such as jewelry, jewelry boxes and stands, decorative pillows, door beads, Pawparazzi Pets, and a make-your-own "Diva Bath Set" station.  Girls can also purchase additional glamour accessories for a nominal fee.  Prices for items available for sale range from $1.99 - $24.99.
